Intro

Welcome to my modest little website. There's a few neat things here. Content ranges from computer-projects I work on in my spare time, to some notes on data structures, to some research papers I've written.

July 2, 2006: Hmm, irc2.undergroundnews.com seems to be pointed at my web server.
June 21, 2006: Moved to the new place. I should really update the website one of these days.
Sep 18, 2005: Finally got the backyard fence finished.
Dec 2, 2004: Doing a bit of spring cleaning, starting to think of redesigning this website ('bout time, too).
Nov 3, 2004: Had a primary dns outage the last few days.
July 20, 2004: The primary dns server for my domain was down this morning, pages were inaccessible.
May 29, 2004: Moving to a UPS next Monday. What? I'm not already on UPS? There may be a slight service interruption.
Feb 27, 2004: Had the first power outage in a long time. Lost 245 days of uptime. Ack.
Sep 25, 2003: Installed mod_perl, should yield faster dynamic content.
Sep 24, 2003: Done with the firewall mainenance. Services should be back to normal.
Sep 24, 2003: Doing some firewall maintenance tonight. I don't much feel like waiting til 2am to minimize impact, so I'll probably start fixing stuff in the early evening.
June 16, 2003: Added several new features to the game server. The command parser is basically complete, new games can be created, and they load up parts of their shared libraries.
June 6, 2003: Lots of fresh new code written for the game server. Testing so far has been encouraging, also.
May 30, 2003: I've switch DNS providers today. Also doing a firewall upgrade tonight. Service may be intermittent the changeover happens.
Apr 26, 2003: Design work for the new game server is almost done. There's a few major design decisions to make still, but things are shaping up nicely.
Apr 16, 2003: Finished Vice City (100% done) today.
